Yes you may renew the lease term subject to payment of renewal premium at the Land Office. 3. Although 69 years balance is still bankable, you will have an advantage to sell quicker than your competitors if the lease is 99 years. But then again it depends on your house condition etc. Most buyers are influenced by their own budget, cheaper pricing and bank loan eligibility.
