Amerin Residence’s location next to SILK Expressway benefits both residents, tenants, and investors. Located in the heart of Balakong where the estimated population is more than 200,000, the development enjoys great visibility, connectivity and is home to a plethora of amenities.

The residence was promoted an ideal place to live, play and relax in a hotel-inspired environment.

Amerin Residence appears to be reasonably priced, as units came with free air-conditioners, water heaters, and kitchen cabinets. During its launch, there was a promotion package that included free legal fees for SPA and loan documents.

Overall, Amerin Residence has good potential. Despite the traffic and road diversion issues due to the developments pouring into the area, most would agree that it’s all part of living in a fast-developing area. The project received a positive response from buyers in the Balakong area as Tower A was sold out prior to the soft launch.
