Project Details
Infiniti Residences is a high density residential condominium, with three towers towering at 30 storeys high located on a 7.37 acres of land. This is a pretty massive property located along the hilly road of Jalan 34/26. The construction by exterior point of view is huge and the towers are progressively reaching its height as well as building structures can be seen clearly.
The development has been launched in phases since 2014 and now Infiniti Residences are highlighting its third and last tower, Infiniti 3 (Tower B). It was launched late last year.
It is a thematic based condominium as the development aims to capture a ‘resort living’ ambience with an affordable price tag. Since it is built on a massive piece of land, Infiniti Residences stretches not just from tower to tower but the facility’s vicinities that include the serenity deck and vitality deck have its own mammoth space.
The vitality deck designed to encourage residents to break a sweat via sporting activities. Facilities include a tennis court, futsal court, a playground and a play pool. Meanwhile, serenity deck aims to bring calmness and tranquil to the residents after a hard day’s of work. It has a few seating nodes, a maze garden, a Jacuzzi, a swimming pool and a sunbathing area.
The conveniences here are great and countless. Given the price that the residents will be paying, facilities are indeed a great plus point for the development. Rest assured that such vast facilities will be able to cope with the number of residents that will living here.
Being slightly on a hilly area could be a perk to the residents. There’s an edge to this development as most views are not obstructed by visible objects. The closest neighbour, located right opposite of Infiniti Residences is its sister project, Villa Wangsamas. This is another high-rise condominium at 24 storeys high with a similar built. It is also a high density residential development. Fear not as the condominium is located on the lower side of the hill. It would not be much of an obstruction.
A small hiccup of the development is the narrowness of the road entering Infiniti Residences and Villa Wangsamas. The road entering the area is a two-way street with really small widths. Thankfully, there is another route that will be covered in tar soon for the usage of Infiniti Residences’ residents.
The built of the units here definitely cater to a family. For Infiniti 3, there are two main sizes;
1, 518 sq.ft. with 3+1 bedrooms 1 and 1, 085 sq.ft. 2+1 bedrooms. The units here would come as partially furnished. Furnishing includes built in wardrobe, hob and hood, kitchen cabinets and air conditioners. It is also an option to buy the units without the furnishings or loose furnitures. This would definitely be more on the cheaper side. Both Type B and C come with an extra room. Such rooms would definitely fit the bill of an expanding family. The study room can definitely be converted into a room for a child, guest room or even into a maid’s quarters.
Infiniti Residences is definitely echoing Wangsa Maju’s role as the go to destination beyond the city centre. A great place to live and raise a family, and affordability is a point of strength for the development.
Location
Wangsa Maju is known as a residential area that has been around for decades. It started off as an area catering to lower to mid income family who are able to own low cost apartments and even landed properties.
But how time has changed. Wangsa Maju is now facing rapid development penetrating into the area. With the vast of land available for development, Wangsa Maju is indeed witnessing a rush of concrete blocks stacking up side by side. These developments are not just for the mid to lower income families, as it is now opened to higher earners as well to call it home. Thus, diversity is definitely a strength to the area.
Infiniti Residences is not exempted from having great and strategic location. Steadily on the rise, it is located on the hilly side of Jalan Seri Wangsa 1 right on a 7.37 acre of land
Infiniti Residences can be reached via Jalan Genting Kelang, AKLEH, MRR2, and even DUKE highway. There is even connected route from Jalan Ampang heading towards Jalan Jelatek and Jalan Setiawangsa. Just a reminder that getting there can lead to a bit of a jam especially during peak hours in the morning as well as during the evening. Heavy commuting occurs out from the area heading towards Kuala Lumpur in the morning as people would be rushing to work. A bottleneck jam would be a massive headache especially en route to Jalan Setiawangsa.
The RapidKL LRT here is simply efficient and well connected. There are four main LRT stations and these include Wangsa Maju Station, Sri Rampai Station, Jelatek Station and Taman Melati Station. The closest to Infiniti Residences is Sri Rampai Station. Residents could easily walk there.
RapidKL busses are now getting efficient in comparison to a decade ago. The regularity of these busses has been increased to very half an hour and the number of bus stations have rose as well to cater to the demands of new residential properties. Taxis are everywhere in this part of Greater Kuala Lumpur. Given the fact that there are numerous malls and offices, cabs are often waiting for customers at the taxi stands at every corner of Wangsa Maju.
Given how established the area is, do expect great amenities from newly constructed to the oldies.
These amenities include:
- Wangsa Walk

Among the highly recommended places to eat here are:
- Sri Ayutthaya Thai (Jalan Wangsa Delima) – One of the well known Thai fine dining chains in Kuala Lumpur. The best part of this particular chain that it stand on its own and it is merely minutes away for a romantic dinner for two.
- Restoran Mee Udang Mak Jah (Wangsa Link) – Scrumptious mee udang at its best. At RM 11, diners would be gastronomically statisfied with the gigantic prawns served with yellow noodles and delicious broth.
- NZ Curry House (Wangsa Link) – How do Malaysians live without mamak? Among the popular mamak chain is around the corner. Spacious and hectic, what more can you ask for in a mamak restaurant?
- Pateniers Restoran Termeloh (Wangsa Link) – Bringing regional cuisine to urban folks. For Pahangnites, this is as close to home.

- Murtabak Muar (Wangsa Melawati) – Longing for authentic murtabak? This might be the closest version of murtabak from Muar.
- KFC & Pizza Hut (Wangsa Maju) – One might ask why this particular chain of KFC and Pizza Hut is singled out. The answer is in its location. Both fast food chains located on its own premise. Both chains are huge and offer massive indoor playgrounds to diners. Plus, no parking qualms at all.
Local designers are making Wangsa Maju as a hub to set up their flagship stores and this include Elle Zada
Salsabeela Muslimah Attire is making a name for itself among Muslim ladies who are donning the hijab
Flourishing local garment labels and boutiques are making Wangsa Maju as its hub. Due to new and cheaper shop lots, these local labels are making the area as the location for their flagship boutiques. Most of these boutiques are located at Dataran Wangsa Melawati and Wangsa Link. Both places are within minutes away from Infiniti Residences.
- Hijabers Inc Couture
- Sugars Scarf
- Cloverush Boutique
- Nilam Boutique Café
- Wicked Wardrobe
- Nur Barakah Boutique
- Elle Zada
- Salsabeela Muslimah Attire
Nonetheless, Wangsa Maju is now an area packed with construction. This could be a tiny hiccup for current residents with big construction vehicles coming in and out the area. Other than that, mud are spilling out over on to the roads from the construction site. But this could be a short term hassle.
There are numerous high-rise condominiums that are rising around the area. These include Irama Wangsa, Wangsa 9, Riana Green East, Lexa Residence @ The Quartz, Seasons and Gardens Residences
