can i know how do i overcome the issue of having a joint loan but 1 owner name only? how do i safeguard my partner because her name is not on the house title but is in the loan. This is because im Bumiputera and got 7% disc and so developer advise to use one name as home owner to enjoy bumi discount. but how do i protect my partner's credibility. (loan commitment but no asset)
