Eco Sanctuary is a gated and guarded township that’s developed by Eco World Development Group Bhd (EcoWorld). The 308-acre Eco Sanctuary was launched in 2015, and it has a gross development value (GDV) of RM8bil.

The leasehold development comprises 7 parcels, and it is expected to host about 8,000 residential and commercial units over a span of 12 years, beginning from 2015 until 2027.

The township was started after EcoWorld recognised the needs of an upgrader market. It offers residential and commercial properties, including super bungalows, bungalows, semi-detached homes, super-linked houses, condominiums, and shop offices.
