There are large bodies of water close to OUG Parklane. The Klang River is several hundred metres to OUG Parklane’s northwest, and the watershed of Sungai Kuyoh is at the south of the development.
During its launch, Akisama had a Hong Kong star present, Raymond Lam, to draw in the crowd. The response to the investment potential of OUG Parklane is mixed, given the number of units, and there is only one type of design.
Available listings in PropertyGuru in February 2021 show that the asking monthly rental for the 950 sq ft serviced apartment units are from RM1,100 to RM1,500, while purchase prices are asking from RM309,000 to RM368,000.
