Gamuda Land Sdn Bhd, the property arm of Gamuda Bhd, today officially opened its ‘Gamuda Walk’ community lifestyle mall in Kota Kemuning.

“With easy access via Kesas (Shah Alam Expressway), LKSA (Kemuning-Shah Alam Highway) as well as NKVE (New Klang Valley Expressway), Gamuda Walk will also be a new shopping destination for other residential areas surrounding Kota Kemuning.

“It also offers complete services for the whole family including supermarket and restaurants,” Gamuda Land General Manager, Leasing Herbie Tan told reporters after the launch attended by Gamuda Land Managing Director Chow Chee Wah.

Tan said the take-up rate for the seven-storey mall, which has a gross development value of RM100 million, is expected to rise to 85 per cent by June from 80 per cent at present, with Famous Amos, Nandos, Rakuzen, Sakae Sushi, Caring Pharmacy and Maxis among the current tenants.

Public response to Gamuda Walk since its unofficial opening at the end of December last year has been encouraging, he added.
