Mah Sing launches Lifestyle Show Gallery in Penang

27 Jul 2015

Mah Sing Group Berhad showcased its upcoming Ferringhi Residence 2 at the official launch of its new Lifestyle Show Gallery in Menara Boustead. Guests who thronged the Lifestyle Show Gallery were given an exclusive insight into Mah Sing’s innovative concept and design.

Officiated by Mah Sing Group Chief Operating Officer (High End), Mr. Teh Heng Chong, the launch also saw guests who registered their interest enjoying exclusive goodie giveaways and marvelling at the special theme of the new gallery. “This new Lifestyle Show Gallery is the first of its kind for Mah Sing as the theme of the gallery was inspired by the Northern Lights which occur in the Northern Hemisphere. This is accomplished by the fibre optic lighting in the gallery’s ceiling which aims to mimic this natural phenomenon,” said Mr. Teh Heng Chong. He added: “Such innovative designs are also reflected in the show units in our gallery here, which showcase imported interior design features to lend an international appeal and feel. We are excited for the public to learn more about the projects in Penang that we have to offer.”

The upcoming Ferringhi Residence 2 is Mah Sing’s commitment to continue offering resort-style living in Batu Ferringhi. Registered interest and public response to Ferringhi Residence phase 1 was overwhelming. Hence, Ferringhi Residence 2 is a continuation of Ferringhi Residence, offering resort condominium. Ferringhi Residence 2 has an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of RM 735million situated on approximately 18.11acres of freehold land.

Mah Sing’s Lifestyle Show Gallery is located in Menara Boustead, No. 39, Jalan Sultan Ahmad Shah, 10050 Penang. For further information, please call 04-6288 188 or visit http://www.ferringhi-residence.com.my/
