“We expect a large number of Thai and foreign visitors during this global launch in which (it is estimated to) generate sales of at least MYR251 million (USD60 million) comprising of MYR120 million (USD29 million) from overseas markets and RMB132 million (USD31 million) from Thai market,” said Sansiri PLC Senior Executive Vice President – Business Development and Project Development Division (High Rise) Uthai Uthaisangsuk.
“We are confident that the Thai property market will continue to grow due to the extension of infrastructure and BTS development to some of Bangkok’s emerging and up-and-coming neighborhoods, particularly along the ever-popular Sukhumvit Road,” he added.
