LBS Earns 4th Consecutive Win at Asia Pacific Property Award

Continuing its positive start to the year, LBS Bina Group Berhad (LBS) achieves yet another milestone, winning its fourth consecutive Asia Pacific Property Award (APPA).

At the prestigious regional property awards, LBS successfully received 5 Star for Best Development Marketing Malaysia for its lifestyle-concept development BSP21. Complementing this win was also 5 Star Interior Design Show Home Malaysia award for its semi-detached homes, Corallia.

BSP21, launched in 2015, is strategically located within an award-winning township, Bandar Saujana Putra. Spread across 21 acres with over 70 fitness and recreational amenities, BSP21 was developed with singles and young families in mind. With a GDV of RM1.4 billion, the take-up rate for BSP 21’s five blocks were significantly positive at 94 per cent.

Corallia, also launched in 2015, is a two-phase collection of semi-detached homes that are located within the idyllic D’ Island residence which is known for its landscaped lake. Corallia comprises of 142 units which sits on 19 acres. Built for home-buyers and investors alike, Corallia has a GDV of RM240 million.

In its 23rd year, the 2016 APPA received hundreds of entries from 25 countries in Asia Pacific. Representing excellence and credibility, the APPA presented awards for four categories – development, architecture, real estate, and interior design.

The APPA judging panel comprised 70 internationally renowned professionals and notable industry experts from a range of property-related disciplines. APPA entries were independently judged and focused on design, quality, service, innovation, originality and commitment to sustainability.

APPA held its inaugural awards in 2008. It is part of the International Property Awards which is also in other regions such as Africa, USA, United Kingdom and Europe. The APPA commits itself to recognising the best in residential and commercial developments.
