The renowned SP Setia Bhd Group has planned to launch its upcoming township Setia Eco Templer next month, which has a gross development value of RM2 billion, reported Bernama.

“This 7.60ha township consists of residential and commercial developments, which is set to be located at the former Perangsang Templer Golf Club (Templer Park) site,” said president and CEO Datuk Khor Chap Jen, during the signing ceremony with AmBank Group.

The entire project will take seven years to be fully developed from the date of launch and the township will feature architectural designs inspired by English, Balinese and Peranakan themes. Ambank has presented a RM200 million loan to SP Setia for the project.

The phase one of the township will include link villas, semi-detached homes, bungalows, affordable apartments and a palatial clubhouse. The project is expected to commence in June and SP Setia will also build a RM25 million interchange which directly connects Jalan Ipoh and Rawang.
