Hua Yang Berhad has introduced Ridgewood (Phase 2), a RM51.5 million Gross Development Value project that is set to further strengthen the Group’s presence in Perak.
Ridgewood (Phase 2), a gated and guarded community, comprises three-storey cluster semi-detached homes, three-storey link bungalows and bungalows. These freehold homes are priced from RM665,000 onwards, with a 5% discount for Bumiputera lots.

Families with children also have quick access to a number of schools including Sekolah Kebangsaan Tasek and Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Bercham.
