Hua Yang Berhad has introduced Ridgewood (Phase 2), a RM51.5 million Gross Development Value project that is set to further strengthen the Group’s presence in Perak.

Ridgewood (Phase 2), a gated and guarded community, comprises three-storey cluster semi-detached homes, three-storey link bungalows and bungalows. These freehold homes are priced from RM665,000 onwards, with a 5% discount for Bumiputera lots.

According to Assistant General Manager of Hua Yang, Tony Ng, “Ridgewood is one of the last few parcels of residential development in Bercham. With excellent accessibility and central location, we foresee a strong take-up rate for this project. Furthermore, there is a growing population in the suburbs of Ipoh, resulting in the increased demand for affordable housing in the area.”

“Bercham which is located between the Ipoh-South Interchange of North-South Expressway and Ipoh City is gaining popularity given its location as a centre point connecting Ipoh Garden, Kampung Simee, Tasek, Tanjung Rambutan, Bandar Sunway and Tambun.”

“Our presence in this thriving community further solidifies our position in the Northern region especially in strategic and well-established locales.”

Ridgewood is located 12km from Ipoh City and is accessible via the North-South Highway Interchange. It is also close to food courts, banks, restaurants, schools, a police station and a wet market.

The development is near Tesco Extra Bercham, Giant Bercham, Aeon Kinta City and Tesco Ipoh, making it convenient for residents to get their daily necessities. Families with children also have quick access to a number of schools including Sekolah Kebangsaan Tasek and Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Bercham.
