LBS clinched The Brandlaureate Award

One of the leading property developers in the real estate industry, LBS Bina Group Berhad (LBS), clinched the BrandLaureate BestBrands Awards 2015 – 2016 yesterday.

Initiated by the by Asia Pacific Brand Foundation (APBF), the BrandLaureate Most Valuable Brand Award recognises the top contenders of the industry, and give recognition for their international presence, as well as their quality product and services. This year marks BrandLaureate’s 10th Anniversary.

The award for LBS was received by LBS Executive Director, Datuk Wira Joey Lim Hock Guan.

Last year, LBS launched BSP21, a high-rise residence in the award-winning township of Bandar Saujana Putra. This residence which has a gross development value (GDV) of RM1.4 billion has a take-up rate of 94% at the moment, with several other blocks scheduled for launching soon.

The firm also launched another project at Cameron Highlands last month, dubbed Cameron Centrum, which is the largest integrated development in Brinchang, Pahang. This development will be developed in seven phases (precincts) and will comprise residential, retail, commercial, hotel and tourism components.

Corallia is among the residence which was launched recently by LBS, which is located in D’ Island, Puchong. Developed with a GDV of RM240 million, this project sits on a 175-acre land surrounded by a 1,000-acre lake.

Besides launching projects within Malaysia, LBS also focusses on its international presence by involving in the Zhuhai International Circuit (ZIC) Upgrading and Transformation Plan. This project is a joint venture between LBS and a Chinese government-linked firm, which includes the developments of a theme park, factory outlet, car showroom and a hotel.
