Catering to small and medium-sized enterprises (SME), Joyful Star Sdn Bhd has launched its third phase of Star Central corporate park in the heart of Cyberjaya.

This commercial development has a Gross Development Value (GDV) of RM420 million. Located on 3 hectares of land, this development comprises 34 blocks of 8-storey semi-detached office towers and two bungalow office towers. Further linked to these is a parking podium with 2,300 parking bays and a rooftop garden.

This development consists of medium-sized offices ranging between 17,999 sq ft and 43,928 sq ft, and are fitted with built-in broadband, CCTV coverage, access card control, car park panic button, centralised fire alarm and 24-hour security patrol.

To preserve Mother Nature, green features such as low-energy light fittings, rainwater harvesting systems, internal paint with low levels of Volatile Organic Compound (VOC) and glass walls with low-emission coating are included in this development.

Besides preserving the environment, owners can also benefit from the low energy consumption.

The first two phases of this development is scheduled for completion in May 2016. Meanwhile, the third phase will be completed in December 2017. Currently, almost 75% of the units are sold out.

With this, business owners of growing SMEs will now have the opportunity to own offices in a sophisticated building, instead of renting shop lots. This will further help them boost their company image.
