Kundang Estates, Gamuda Land’s highly-anticipated boutique residential development in Kuang just north of Sungai Buloh, will treat the public to a taste of modern countryside living with a unique pop-up ‘eco-pod’ in selected malls and hypermarkets from now until 18th September 2016.

The Eco-pod will visit Aeon Metro Prima Kepong, Aeon Rawang, Tesco Rawang, and Selayang Mall on selected weekends.

The pop up eco-pod will feature eye-catching vertical fruit and vegetable gardens, to highlight one of Kundang Estates’ signature features – the community farm, where residents can work together to grow their own greens for personal consumption.

Members of the public are welcome to step into this gallery and discover for themselves the joy and benefits of living at Kundang Estates.

Those who register their interest in Kundang Estates at the Eco-pod will not only receive a voucher for RM3,000 off upon booking, but also stand a chance to win additional purchase vouchers of RM188,000 off the price of their new home in the development.

Nestled in the heart of Kundang town and surrounded by lush greenery, Kundang Estates offers the tranquility of countryside living while being only a short distance from the city, making it perfect not only for locals in the area but also city dwellers wanting to escape the daily congestion of city life.

With direct connection to LATAR and easy accessibility from Guthrie Expressway as well as North-South Highway, Kundang Estates is perfectly poised for quick and smooth access to different parts of Kuala Lumpur for work or social purposes. The desirability of the location is enhanced by the variety of amenities nearby, with schools, clinics, shopping malls, and recreational activities close at hand.

Chief Operating Officer of Gamuda Land, Mr Ngan Chee Meng shares, “Gamuda Land places great emphasis on creating beautifully crafted environments with the right mix and placement of facilities and amenities to ensure that residents have an enhanced quality of life. This, along with a good location, ensures that sustainable value is being offered to customers, especially from an investment growth perspective”.

The same principles have been applied in the development of Kundang Estates and made even better with the creation of four unique interconnected parks, each providing different opportunities for residents to relax, play and enjoy the great outdoors.

The Lakeside Gardens provides scenic jogging and cycling paths tracing the shores of a tranquil lake and linking the estate together. Raised planting beds, where neighbours can work together to grow fresh produce for themselves and their families under the skilled guidance of professionals, are at the core of the Community Farm.

The Esplanade features a flying fox, open-air trampolines and an intimate Flower Lane perfect for romantic strolls or quiet reflection. Adventure Parks will cater to those of a more thrill-seeking nature with its extreme bike trail and adventure climbing web.

Comprising only 573 terrace homes within 90 acres, Kundang Estates represents the best in low-density, community-oriented living in a tranquil, stunningly beautiful modern countryside setting. With the idyllic lifestyle it offers, Kundang Estates is one development that will be hard to resist.

The pop up eco-pod will be at these locations in the coming weekends:

  • AEON Rawang 10th & 11th September 2016
  • Tesco Rawang 16th, 17th, 18th September 2016
  • Selayang Mall 17th September 2016

Additionally, brand ambassadors will also be visiting selected areas throughout Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, Rawang and other locations in Klang Valley to engage the public and share information on the development.

Kundang Estates’ show units and beautiful surroundings will be available for viewing from 17th September 2016 onwards.
