Hunza Launches H.E.A.R.T. Campaign

Following the overwhelming response to its previous marketing campaign known as L.O.V.E. Campaign, renowned local property developer Hunza is now back with yet another innovative marketing campaign dubbed the H.E.A.R.T. Campaign.

Introduced in April 2016 for its Bandar Putra Bertam project, Casa Innova Phase 3, L.O.V.E. Campaign enjoyed astounding success with more than 100 units sold within its 3-month campaign period.

To build on this success and as a token of appreciation to its buyers for the positive response towards L.O.V.E. Campaign, Hunza aims to take the reward mechanism up a notch through the all-new H.E.A.R.T. Campaign, a creative acronym for ‘Helping Everyone Achieve Rewards Together’.

Under H.E.A.R.T. Campaign, all property buyers of Bandar Kepala Batas Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hunza, stand to benefit immensely from a variety of incentive programs.

The launch of H.E.A.R.T. campaign marks another milestone moment for Hunza as the campaign integrates seamlessly with the official launching of its latest and most anticipated Bertam, Kepala Batas project, Mekarsari. The project is slated for launch on 24th and 25th September 2016.

Through the campaign, an array of attractive rewards await the buyers. Existing buyers of Hunza’s properties who refer their friends or families to purchase Mekarsari’s properties will be rewarded up to RM12,000.

To help more young families to own their dream homes with ease, some of the banks are even offering 100% housing loan for the first-time homebuyers under the Youth Housing Scheme, aided by the government.

With this reason, for the Phase 1 of the entire development, Hunza has built 253 units of single-storey landed properties to make the potential buyers to own their dream homes in a more flexible manner. It is with this great news that Bank Simpanan Nasional (BSN) has come up with the 100% loan scheme, and will also reward the buyers with RM200 subsidy every month for a period of 24 months.

Through the H.E.A.R.T. Campaign, a Government Servant Bonus scheme will also be introduced to reward its pool of government-employed buyers. Qualified buyers with government’s loan could save tremendously on their Mekarsari purchase in the form of special loan interest waivers.
