S P Setia Bhd is set to launch its D’Camellia affordable apartment at its Setia EcoHill township in Semenyih, Selangor on 1 October (Saturday).

To be held in its Setia EcoHill Welcome Centre, the launch of tower one comprises 317 of the 635 apartment units.

Priced at RM262,000, each unit features two bathrooms and three bedrooms with a built up of 860 sq ft as well as two parking bays.

The project will be nestled within Setia EcoHill, the company’s sustainable township spanning over 673 acres boasting waterways, themed gardens and parks.

The development will be gated and guarded with facilities including an Olympic length swimming pool, landscaping, gymnasium, playground, multipurpose hall and badminton court.

Residents will also have access to 56 commercial shops found at EcoHill Taipan, which is set for completion in 2018.

Educational centres near Setia EcoHill include Tenby International School, Nottingham University Malaysia Campus, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, Kolej Tuanku Ja’afar, Kolej Professional Beranang and German-Malaysia Institute (GMI) offering greater conveniences for parents.

Setia EcoHill general manager Koh Sooi Meng noted that the apartments are suitable for young couples, first-time homebuyers, fresh graduates as well as parents purchasing property for their children as investments.

“Our affordable apartments have garnered a strong response from the market. Last year, we launched 1,270 of similar apartment units at D’Cerrum and D’Cassia to an overwhelming overall take-up of 96 percent. These apartments are already under construction with targeted delivery in December 2019,” added Koh.
