Malaysia’s Paramount Blossom Sdn Bhd has teamed up with two Chinese firms to build a RM650 million residential project with 835 units in Mukim Rasah at Negri Sembilan, making it one of the largest housing developments in Seremban.

In particular, Paramount Blossom owns the 77-acre land, China Railway Liuyuan will build the homes, while Fujian Hexinyuantong Investment will fund the development. As such, the three parties signed a partnership agreement, in a ceremony witnessed by Deputy Minister of Finance Datuk Lee Chee Leong.

According to Paramount Blossom Managing Director Datuk Mohd Nadzlim Mohd Noor, as they were planning to carry out the project, they were approached by a group of people from Fujian Hexinyuantong Investment, who were searching for investments in Malaysia.

“After a series of meetings between the representatives from Paramount Blossom and Fujian Hexinyuantong Investment, we quickly realised the potential benefits that can be reaped from this collaboration, which shall not just end after the completion of the residential development,” he added.
