Southeast Asia’s top real estate portal PropertyGuru Group recently appointed Joe Dische as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
As a key member of PropertyGuru’s executive team, he is in charge of the group’s finances across all of its markets – Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia and Singapore.
Dische oversees a regional team of 40 people responsible for accounting and reporting, financial planning and analysis, as well as business intelligence. He reports to the chief executive and works with the board of directors to implement PropertyGuru’s rapid regional growth strategy.
Dische brings with him over two decades of financial experience from private and publicly-listed multinational firms. Prior to joining PropertyGuru, he was iCar Asia’s CFO since 2014, and previously held the same role at Virgin Group’s V2 Music. He started his career in London at global auditing firm KPMG, and spent six years as Financial Controller at Vodafone Hutchison Australia.
