Berjaya Land's The Tropika Officially Launched

Berjaya Golf Resort Berhad, a subsidiary of Berjaya Land Bhd, officially launched its latest mixed development project, The Tropika, at the Berjaya Property Gallery in Bukit Jalil recently.

The Tropika, a gated and guarded residence is located on 6.5 acres of freehold land in Bukit Jalil and will comprise 868 residential units within 4 towers. Units here will boast 4 different types of units featuring Type A, Type B, Type C and Type D measuring 732 sq. ft., 974 sq. ft., 1318 sq. ft. and 1251 sq. ft. respectively. There will only be 5 to 7 units per floor, providing sufficient privacy for residents. 

Meanwhile, the commercial space of this project features a 23,695 sq. ft. grocer along with a 2-storey dual frontage office lots ranging from 3,316 sq. ft. to 3,814 sq. ft., and retail space ranging from 752 sq. ft. to 1,677 sq. ft.

Surrounding the 4 residential towers is a 2.9-acre deck equipped with 68 types of facilities grouped under 8 lifestyle categories. A unique landscape feature on the deck is its biophilic design which comes with an array of facilities which include an infinity swimming pool, indoor and outdoor gymnasiums, a dance studio and boxing ring, a zen garden, a rock-climbing wall, camping grounds, an e-charging station and many more. This enables The Tropika residents to enjoy various lifestyle activities in a tranquil environment.

Commenting on the project, Datuk Pee Kang Seng, Chief Executive Officer of B-Land said, “The Tropika is meticulously crafted to provide residents with a home that incorporates the elements of an urban lifestyle and the lush greenery of nature so that they will be able to experience the best of both worlds. The efficient utilization of space was also imperative to us during the planning of the project as demonstrated by the unit layouts and comprehensive facilities available to residents.”

It is also within close proximity to various established educational institutions such as SJKC Lai Meng, International Medical University and Asia Pacific University, as well as sporting and recreational facilities such as the Bukit Jalil Complex, the Bukit Jalil Recreational Park, and the Bukit Jalil Golf & Country Resort.
