Since the official launch of twentyfive.7 in Kota Kemuning two years ago, Gamuda Land’s vision of a vibrant township where the community spends more time outdoors, by the Quayside, and connecting with each other, is coming to fruition.
With the opening of The Buzz.ar and The Field (a FIFA-size football field) as the new gathering places in the township, Gamuda Land today signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Evolution Wellness. The company is home to wellness brands like Celebrity Fitness, Chi Fitness & Fitness First, thus providing the community with ample avenues and conveniences to achieve their fitness goals.
In celebration of this collaboration, buyers of twentyfive.7’s soon-to-be-launched designer link villas Luxura will receive two gym memberships for every purchased unit upon signing of Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA). The gym membership is transferrable to any nominee of choice before activation and will last for 24 months upon activation. With this membership, they can enjoy access to any of Evolution Wellness’ 48 gym outlets nationwide.
At the event, representing Gamuda Land were Project Director Aw Sei Cheh and twentyfive.7’s General Manager Chu Wai Lune who signed the agreement. Area Business Manager Chris Lee and Finance Director Audrey Lee Pik Yoon represented Celebrity Fitness, Chi Fitness & Fitness First Malaysia of Evolution Wellness.
To be launched next month, strata-titled Luxura offers a total of 315 units of 2 and 3-storey link villas with five house types to choose from and built ups ranging from 2,605 sqft to 3,466 sqft.
“We originally planned to launch Luxura in FY2021 but because of good take-up in our first phase, we decided to bring it forward. In light of this, the MoU is timely. Not only is such partnership the first of its kind, but more importantly, this MoU will provide added value to our buyers,” Aw explained, adding that such partnership will bring immense convenience to the community.
“Instead of providing a brick and mortar clubhouse for the wellness aspect of our community, such arrangement allows the community to access health and fitness facilities that are nearby to them, nationwide, at their convenience,” Aw said.

While the partnership is the first of its kind, Gamuda Land is no stranger to rewarding its buyers. Last year, Gamuda Land launched GL Friends, a customer loyalty programme that rewards purchasers of Gamuda Land properties with benefits ranging from repeat purchase rewards, referral rewards, relationship managers with professional personalised services, to unique experiences such as priority invitations to lifestyle events and sale launches.
Similar to this MoU, twentyfive.7 has also rewarded its Phase 1 Lucent Residence buyers previously with a complimentary non-golf membership family pass per purchased unit to enjoy the facilities excluding golf course at Kota Permai Golf and Country Club which is valid until 2097.
