When to Focus Your Listing
From 3rd January to 1st February 2021, we noticed property search activities are evenly distributed over the weekdays, peaking on Sundays and Mondays with Sundays having the highest search volumes.
Next, we examine what time of the day property seekers are most actively browsing property listings.
Looking at below chart, you’ll notice 8pm – 11pm is the most popular time of the day among property seekers followed by 4pm – 7pm.
Here are the Top 10 Most Popular Areas searched by property seekers from 3rd January to 1st February 2021.
Shah Alam, Johor Bahru and Damansara holds strong demand being the Top 3 highest searched areas, followed by Iskandar Puteri and Subang Jaya.
As for Penang and Johor regions, we see Johor Bahru, Iskandar Puteri and Timor Laut (Island) among the list of Top 10 Most Popular Areas – which translates to positive property purchase intent within these regions.
