Glomac Launches Dahlia Sari After Overwhelming Response To HappyNest Digital Campaign

Glomac has launched another 120 units of its Sari series two-storey terrace houses at its mature development in Saujana Perdana, known as Dahlia Sari.

This launch follows the overwhelming response to its HappyNest digital campaign launched in November 2020 and the successful sales of Mawar Sari homes.

Glomac’s Chief Operating Officer (Operations) Encik Zulkifly Garib said the HappyNest digital campaign had successfully attracted investors to purchase properties from Glomac, following the highly successful take-up of Mawar Sari (launched in October 2020) and Tresna Triandra (launched in July 2020), both of which were launched during the pandemic.

Encik Zulkifly added that Dahlia Sari is part of the 200 acres Saujana Perdana development which will consist of 2,018 units of residential and commercial properties on completion. Saujana Perdana annexes Bandar Saujana Utama, where a busy and thriving commercial square serves the two neighbourhoods. Both Bandar Saujana Utama and Saujana Perdana have matured developments, housing a variety of residential terraced homes of 20’x60’, 20’x70’ and 22’x75’ Terrace Houses and 24’x60’ Town Houses.

Located in the neighbourhood of Bandar Saujana Utama (BSU) and easily accessible to Kuala Lumpur City Centre from various expressway, Dahlia Sari remains an attractive option as it is the final plot of the Sari series landed homes development by Glomac in Saujana Perdana.

Developed by Glomac since 1995, BSU is a well-planned township that stretches across 1,100 acres northwest of Sungai Buloh district, where Saujana Perdana forms part of this development land. Today, both BSU and Saujana Perdana have an impressive occupancy of more than 93% and are expected to reach a population of 55,000 by the end of 2021.
