Singapore – Oxley Towers KLCC, an over RM3 billion freehold integrated development in Kuala Lumpur City Centre, Malaysia, has successfully topped out its tallest tower, Tower 1. Tower 1 stands tall at 345 metres above ground and houses the 78-storey SO/ Kuala Lumpur Hotel and Residences.
The topping out ceremony was attended by key stakeholders of the development and marked a significant milestone for the overall project. Here are some of the key highlights:

This tower, the fourth tallest building in Malaysia at 345 metres above ground, boasts the world’s highest open-to-sky swimming pool at 325 metres above ground.
Construction Progress: This new milestone has further strengthened Oxley’s position as a premier real estate developer in Malaysia, boosting the confidence of purchasers, investors and stakeholders.

The ceremony was attended by Oxley, Pavilion Project Management, Beijing Urban Construction Group Co., Ltd, BUCG(M) Sdn. Bhd, VERITAS Architects and stakeholders.
