SUBANG JAYA – Avaland celebrated the grand opening of the new Avaland Show Village at Avenue25 over the weekend. This vibrant mixed-use development seamlessly blends nature with urban living, showcasing Avaland’s commitment to fostering a self-sustainable community that prioritizes ecological integrity, social connections, and economic vitality for all residents and surrounding communities.
Avenue25 spans an expansive 13-acre site, complemented by a nearby 6-acre green space, embodying the concept of a “Forest-Inspired Vertical Green Village.” With sustainability at its core, Avaland aims to set a new benchmark in Subang Jaya, with all phases targeted to achieve GreenRE Gold certification.
Avenue25 is designed as a walkable neighbourhood, offering seamless access to residential, retail, and recreational spaces. The Central Green Spine and Green Shoulders create inviting walkways, encouraging residents to connect with nature and each other. There is a Green Oasis Retail Village that will host over 100,000 sq. ft. of diverse retail options, enhancing the overall living experience for residents and visitors.
Located just a 10-minute drive from Subang CBD, Avenue25 offers easy access to major highways and public transportation, including a link bridge to the USJ21 LRT Station, enhancing community connectivity. Avenue25 is dedicated to eco-friendly practices, enhanced with over 1,000 native trees and electric vehicle (EV) chargers throughout the site. These initiatives are designed to promote a sustainable lifestyle while improving the quality of life for all residents.
Mr. Apollo Bello Tanco (Pol), CEO of Avaland, said during his welcome remarks, “Avaland is committed to exploring new opportunities for growth in the Malaysian real estate sector. With ongoing infrastructure enhancements and a focus on community engagement, we aim to further enrich the lives of our residents and the wider Subang Jaya community. We invite everyone to explore our new Avaland Show Village at Avenue25 and discover a new way of living that harmonizes with nature.”
“The launch of Alora Residences Phase 1 in August 2023 saw remarkable interest. Avaland will unveil Alora Residences Phase 2 alongside the full Avenue25 masterplan in the next few weeks. Future phases of Avenue25 will introduce additional serviced apartments, retail spaces, and a comprehensive transportation hub,” he added.
Pol emphasized that Avaland’s sustained growth reflects market confidence in the developer’s offerings and its ability to meet customer demands. Looking ahead, he remains optimistic about the prospects for 2025.
