8 Most Searched Development Projects In Shah Alam For Q3 2020
Buying a property is one of the best decisions you could be making in life, especially if you’ve been putting in all that hard work towards owning your dream home.
Now, if your finances are healthy and you’ve got a proper budget all planned out, you can begin by finding out how much home loan your salary will be able to get you.
Once you have a rough idea of the amount, you’ll also have an estimated price range of properties to look at. Then, it’s time for the exciting part: the hunt for the right place to call ‘home’!
Location is (and will always be) one of the more crucial factors to take into consideration when you’re searching, in addition to any existing/upcoming infrastructure, and the livability of the neighbourhood.
Based on our analysis of PropertyGuru’s ‘For Sale’ listings, the area of Shah Alam has always been one of the more popular locations with home seekers. It saw an increase of 158% Month-on-Month (MoM), in terms of volume of searches.
We then decided to take a look at the most searched development projects in Shah Alam, so that you can have a visual guide of what people have been searching in Q3 2020.

Shah Alam – There’s More Than Meets The Eye

While it might seem like this area is a whole lot more laidback compared to the rest of Klang Valley, this is a gem waiting to be explored.
An abundance of amenities, well-established infrastructure, plus pristine pockets of greenery make Shah Alam a very attractive place to call ‘home’. And it would seem like the data agrees!
According to PropertyGuru Malaysia’s Property Market Index Q2 2020 report, asking prices for properties in Shah Alam have seen a Quarter-on-Quarter (QoQ) increase since Q3 2019.
It went from -2.12% QoQ in Q3 2019, to +0.83% QoQ in Q2 2020, signifying that there’s still a healthy demand for properties in this area. So, if you’re still searching, this is a place worth your consideration.

Shah Alam may be known as the ‘city of roundabouts’ but there’s no roundabout here when it comes to choosing an area as popular as this! You can also check out other neighbourhoods for living in Selangor, if you’re in the market for a more vibrant location.
