Koperasi Permodalan Felda (KPF) has aborted its proposed acquisition of a hypermarket-cum-retail centre in Kota Kinabalu for RM260 million from Permaju Industries Bhd.

Permaju in a statement said its 70 per cent-owned Hardie Development Sdn Bhd had received a letter dated December 9 from KPF on the latter’s decision.
