Ironfish, a leading Australian real estate agency, will exhibit investment-grade properties in Australia at Tawau, Sabah this week.
Specifically, the assets are located in Perth and Queensland close to Brisbane and the Gold Coast.
The realtor will also hold a property seminar to share tips on investing in Australian properties.
According to Ironfish agent Seulyn Wong, a Sabahan who migrated to the Land Down Under, property investors in Sabah are attracted to Australia’s real estate market due to its liveability, transparency and rule of law.
“As one of Australia’s largest investor networks, Ironfish investors receive preferential access to many of Australia’s best properties before public release.”
“Investors don’t have to waste time sifting through inferior investment opportunities. Ironfish typically rejects 19 out of every 20 properties it analyses,” noted Wong, who is one of the agency’s top sellers and has helped many Malaysians purchase Australian properties.
Asked for some investment tips, she said people should purchase the right property in the right area. Live where they like to live and invest where other people like to live.
“People who live close to a CBD trade space for convenience, whereas those who live away from a CBD trade convenience for space. Different areas appeal to different types of tenants,” she added.
The property exhibition will be held at Tawau Promenade Hotel on Thursday (14 April). Those who are interested to join can register early by calling 019-8804834, 019-8618234 or 019-8225918.
