Hunza launches 'Living Our Values Everyday' campaign

Hunza Properties Berhad, a reputable local property developer who takes pride in stylish design, superior workmanship, timely delivery and strong safety records – evident in the many development projects, recently launched the Living Our Values Everyday (LOVE) campaign for its latest project – Casa Innova Phase 3.

Casa Innova, located at Bandar Putra Bertam in Kepala Batas, features a total of 588 double-storey terrace houses and is progressively developed over three phases. The first, comprising 184 units and the second phase, comprising 172 units, were launched to tremendous success and are fully sold out.

The third, which is the final phase of the entire Casa Innova development comprises 232 units of houses. There are 2 types of houses to choose from, i.e. Viva II and Nova III. The former comes with a built-up of 1,998 square feet and the latter 2,164 square feet. Both types of houses will be crafted on a land area of 22’ x 70’. The final phase of this project, which is 60% sold, is scheduled to complete by the third quarter of this year.

Spurred by the remarkable back-to-back successes, Hunza wanted to thank and reward its buyers for their support towards Casa Innova. During the launch of the marketing campaign held at Gurney Paragon Mall on 27th April 2016, the group’s executive director, Ms. Khor Tze Ming explained the overall idea and the mechanics of the L.O.V.E campaign.

Khor said, “It is always Hunza’s vision to create a truly conducive township that brings people closer together. Over the years, Hunza plays a pivotal role in the development of Bandar Putra Bertam and I am delighted that Hunza has delivered as we work towards vitalising Bertam as a vibrant city of choice for property buyers.

Besides, buyers of Viva II and Nova III will be rewarded with a double bonus package to assist them to own their dream homes. The launch of L.O.V.E. campaign is also in line with the government’s newly introduced My Deposit scheme, to encourage more people to buy and own their first home. The campaign has just arrived in time to serve as a reward for the first-time buyers.

To date, Hunza has developed more than 3,000 houses at Bertam, with a hypermarket to fulfil the needs of the residences.
