A new affordable apartment project was launched recently in Subang Bestari, Section U5, by Worldwide Holdings Bhd.
“The project consists of two apartment blocks, which have a total of 380 units priced from RM150,000 to RM220,000 each,” said Worldwide Holdings Bhd Chief executive officer Datin Paduka Norazlina Zakaria.
The two 16-storey blocks are named Seri Anduria and Seri Musytari, respectively, and will be featuring two layouts with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, with build-ups ranging between 800 and 1,000 sq ft.
“This apartment will be suitable for families and also single individuals. We are pleased with the overwhelming response, as we have received more applications than the units offered,” she added.
In addition, Worldwide Holdings Bhd is committed toward helping people to purchase properties, as well as meeting government’s target towards building 15,000 units of affordable houses within three years in Selangor.
“We are also planning to launch affordable housing in Puncak Bestari, Puncak Alam in the near future,” said Norazlina.
