Gamuda Land is developing two projects in Kuang, Selangor with an expected Gross Development Value (GDV) of RM11 billion.
Designed to complement each other, these two projects showcase Gamuda Land’s ambition to change the face of northern Kuala Lumpur.
Gamuda Gardens is an 810-acre mixed-use development that fuses lifestyle and nature in a single township. Meanwhile, Kundang Estates is a 90-acre boutique residential development which represents a modern take on a countryside living. Kundang Estates features 573 units of double-storey homes set amidst lush greenery.
As part of a strong master plan, Gamuda Land placed great emphasis on creating a conducive environment with the right mix and placement of facilities and amenities. The firm even raised the bar by creating four different interconnected parks to cater for people from different walks of life, namely Esplanade, Lakeside Gardens, Adventure Parks and Community Farm.
The features and activities in these parks are truly unique and will definitely bring people out of their homes to spend more quality time outdoors as well as interact with the neighbours.
The Esplanade features open air trampolines, the beautifully-landscaped Flower Lane and the Flying Fox, while the Lakeside Gardens has a jogging and bike trail that links the whole estate and circles a lake.
Adventure Parks, on the other hand, presents an adventure climbing web and an extreme bike trail. With its planting beds, the Community Farm allows residents to bond as they grow vegetables, plants and herbs together for personal consumption, with the guidance of professionals.
