Final Project Marks the Completion of Damansara Damai Township

MK Land Holdings Bhd has launched the first phase of its development in Damansara Damai, which is also the firm’s final development in the area. The project dubbed Residensi Suasana @ Damai, has a take-up rate of 65% (for phase 1) following its launching.

Phase one of Residensi Suasana @ Damai offers 260 leasehold unit and the entire development offers 780 units, which will be offered in three separate phases. The project comes with a gross development value (GDV) of RM400 million.

According to MK Land founder Tan Sri Mustapha Kamal Abu Bakar, the firm started developing Damansara Damai township in the year 1998, and this project marks the final development within the township. The entire project is expected to be completed in the year 2019.

“The completion of this project marks the completion of the entire Damansara Damai township, which sits on 161.87ha of land.”

Meanwhile, the project’s location also poses good accessibility for buyers as the development is merely 800 metres away from the Damansara Damai MRT station.

With the launch of this project, the firm is now a step closer to achieving its 1998’s target of developing 19,659 abodes with a GDV of RM2 billion.

He further stressed that the application to convert the land tenure of Damansara Damai from leasehold to freehold has been submitted to the state government for consideration, and no commercial developments will be allowed in the four parks situated within Damansara Damai.

At the moment, the units in Residensi Suasana @ Damai are priced from RM450,300 and potential buyers can get a 17% discount for a limited time.
