In its quest for continuous development in one of the world’s most famous resort city Bali, Margarana DreamCity Ltd (MDC) has launched the World’s 1st Universal Innergy City @ Bali, Indonesia with a total Gross Development Value (GDV) of USD5 billion.
The project combines the universal positive energy through a wind tower drawing the positive ‘chi’ into a green city development known as Innergy City. The development includes the world first Innergy Tower, 100 acres of Movie Studio, Hotels & Resorts, Stone Age Park, World’s Best Wedding and City of Lights arena.
The development is situated at Buleleng province, North of Bali with a total land size of 610 acres and the development is expected to transform the landscape of Northern Bali, therefore supporting the vision of Indonesian Government and the Ministry of Tourism to develop the northern area of Bali into another world-class tourism hub.
The event also included the official global partnership signing ceremony with globally renowned companies from countries such as Hong Kong, New Zealand, Australia, China, German, Taiwan, Malaysia, India and Indonesia.
The official launching and global partnership signing ceremony event was attended by 400 investors and strategic partners globally.
