Kuang (9th Jan): The opening of the new access road at the Kuang Sistem interchange today will provide easier and faster access from Kuala Lumpur to Kundang, as well as its surrounding vicinities in northern Selangor.

With direct access from the North-South Expressway (NSE), the travel distance and time from the capital will be reduced by approximately 10 km or 15 minutes. The new road will also provide direct connectivity to Gamuda Gardens, an iconic 810-acre mixed-use development by Gamuda Land.

Minister of Works, Dato’ Sri Haji Fadillah Haji Yusof officiated the opening of the access road today.

Gamuda Land’s Executive Director, Dato’ Haji Abdul Sahak Safi said, “With the opening of the new access road, Gamuda Gardens, with a Gross Development Value (GDV) of over RM10 billion, and located right at the intersection of LATAR, NSE and GCE, will be easy to access from all parts of the peninsular.”

Built on natural undulating terrain, Gamuda Gardens offers a unique and compelling proposition, fusing quality lifestyle with rich nature living in a satellite township. It features five cascading lakes integrated into a 50-acre park with a majestic waterfall, mixed terrain cycling trail, and a vibrant Waterfront Village.

Sahak also said, “We are currently planning for a city centre within Gamuda Gardens, offering various retail, business and commercial hubs which is expected to boost the growth of the entire north Selangor area.

“Gamuda Gardens stays true to our commitment to deliver master planned developments underpinned by good locations and sustainable environments which balance natural surroundings with extensive facilities. All these ensure residents enjoy an enhanced quality of life and home value appreciation over time.”

Gamuda Gardens targets different segments of the market from newlyweds, single professionals, growing families and couples in their golden years. Home options offered include luxury hilltop villas, homes by the lakes or near the village as well as affordable homes.

“We are confident that this development will be well-received by discerning home owners who are looking to live in a beautifully crafted environment with easy connectivity to the city,” he added.

The Gamuda Gardens sales gallery will be open to the public in mid-February. For more information, please call 03-6034 2882 or visit gamudaland.com.my
