Buyers at The Stirling roadshow are in for a good bargain as the project’s developer promises to give them a special gift should they confirm their purchase right on the spot, reported The Borneo Post.

Held at the new wing of Bintang Megamall, the roadshow will run over two weekends – from today until 15 January and from 20 January to 22 January.

The luxury mixed development is developed by Episo Group of Companies’ subsidiary, Novakey Developers Sdn Bhd.

Located at the heart of Miri, the project features commercial shops, Soho (small office/home office), offices and apartments, with facilities including infinity swimming pool, gymnasium, roof top garden and basement car park.

The development is also near hospitals, banks, shopping avenues as well as recreational and culinary hotspots.

“If buyers can confirm their purchase on the spot, they will receive electrical appliances worth RM18,000,” said Dato David Goh, managing director of Episo Group of Companies.

“Buyers who opt to pay cash for their purchase instead of take loans will receive a cash rebate of two percent,” he added.

Goh revealed that the roadshow will promote the last 30 percent of the 198-unit project, as the other 70 percent have already been sold out.

“This is an amazing option for those planning to invest in properties. For the Soho units, we can guarantee a 70 percent rental return.”
