Main developer, Mah Sing is adamant to show growth and strength by launching new developments every quarter.
Despite the slow real estate market, Mah Sing Group plans to roll-out projects every quarter of 2017, according to a report from The Star.
The property developer’s Managing Director Tan Sri Leong Hoy Kum revealed that they intend to unveil around six to seven developments this year.
“We will continue launching and not wait until the end of the year,” he said after unveiling Mah Sing’s Residensi Seri Wahyu development in Lakeville Residence yesterday (29 March).
The project comprises one tower containing a total of 660 residential units. Costing RM300,000, each flat comes with three rooms and two bathrooms with a built-up area of 805 sq ft. Every buyer will also get to use a single carpark.
In addition, Mah Sing Group conducted a balloting to decide which among the more than 1,000 individuals who attended the event will get a chance to buy a home at the RUMAWIP project.
To be eligible to buy a unit, single applicants must have a monthly income below RM10,000, while married couples must have combine salary of under RM15,000 per month.
Under the RUMAWIP scheme, the authorities plan to construct around 80,000 houses across Putrajaya, Kuala Lumpur and Labuan in the next five years.
