Final Phase of Horizon Residences Launched

28 Apr 2017

Developer Setia EcoHill Sdn Bhd has recently unveiled the Gloris Collection, the third and last phase of its Horizon Residences following the launch of Grandlis and Floris, reported The Star.

The freehold development consists of 77 units of double-storey super-link houses priced from RM848,000. Buyers may choose from a house with a land area of 23.6 ft by 76 ft or a larger one measuring 23.6 ft by 86 ft.

Notably, at least 10 percent of the project’s 32.37ha land will be set aside for green spaces such as parks, landscapes and pocket gardens. The verdant areas will be lined by engineered waterways and dotted by ponds, with all utility cables to be located underground.

Aside from the high ceiling which enhances natural ventilation and cools the rooms, each home features an intercom and alarm system connected with the guard house. There will also be 24-hour security patrols, while CCTV cameras will be installed in strategic areas.

The gated-and-guarded community is defended by an AgilFence Perimetere Intrusion Defence System, which is used to strengthen the security in Singapore’s Changi Airport.

In addition, the Gloris Collection houses a large community club house known as Club 360º that is perched on the highest peak of Setia EcoHill.

Its facilities include a gym, steam and sauna rooms, an Olympic-size swimming pool and indoor sports centre with basketball and badminton courts, as well as a futsal arena. There will also be a grand ballroom where residents can hold private functions and events.

To celebrate the launch of Gloris, new home buyers will get free club membership for two years. The developer is also offering early-bird promos and will bear the fees for the sale and purchase agreement, legal fees for the housing loan contract and the cost of the Memorandum of Transfer.

Meanwhile, the developer is currently marketing 80 units of three-storey shops at EcoHill Walk, an integrated development comprising Semenyih’s first Lifestyle Mall.

EcoHill Walk is set to break ground in May 2017 and is targeted for completion by 2020.
