Mah Sing has proven throughout their two decades of presence that touching life through quality is paramount.

The brand has unprecedented stature with net profit of RM361.4 mio and attained RM1.78bio in sales dominated by residential properties in 2016. The company also owns more than 2,324 acres of landbank, which does not include its 2017’s acquisitions.

Started off as a plastic trading company in the early 1990s, Mah Sing slowly ventured into property developments in 1994 with single storey link homes in Ulu Yam. It then launched its maiden township in 2000 with Sri Pulai Perdana, Skudai.

In 2004, it created another township in Klang Valley by the name Aman Perdana. Southbay City in Penang later came along, as the company expanded their reach farther towards the North in 2007. Mah Sing also broke more boundaries in the same year with its first commercial project, The Icon located at Jalan Tun Razak.

With diverse range of properties under their belt, Mah Sing is now focusing on creating more affordable homes in prime areas of Klang Valley, catering to the needs of the majority of consumers that are in need of a home.

Each of these blocks houses 404 units where each floor accommodates 14 units. Lakeville Residence is an integrated development comprising of lifestyle shops and serviced apartments, which is located along Taman Wahyu’s lakeside at the tip of Kuala Lumpur. M Residence 2 follows on from the success of M-Residence, the first phase of Mah Sing’s project in Rawang since the developer announced its arrival on this countryside in mid-2011.

The development announced an estimated gross development value of approximately RM948 million, which contains two-storey link houses, townhouses, semi-detached homes, 3-storey shop-houses and various facilities and amenities to service residents of M Residence 2.

Caspia are cluster homes. Cluster homes are grouped on a development site, with an extra 10ft which creates extra land by the side of each home for open space, recreation or agriculture purposes.

Dalea is a coveted and more luxurious collection of only 72 exclusive Semi-D units. It is a private enclave where families will cherish the intimacy of lavish living in a spacious abode.

Slated to be completed in 2018, nevertheless, there will be 6 different types of development comprising of SoVos, Retail Shops and Serviced Residences. In this regard, the retail shops will be linked to the MRT station via a covered sky bridge while the SoVo and serviced apartment units will come with their own unique set of facilities and amenities.

In addition, a prestige lawn will also be specially featured that includes a picnicking lawn, BBQ corner, gala seating, gym & yoga room, reflexology path, fruits & fragrance garden, Sakura bloom and adventure play.

Icon Residenz, Petaling Jaya

Towering at over 40 storeys high, this sky piercing residence is set to become the pinnacle of Petaling Jaya’s grandeur. It also forms a part of Icon City, a colossal integrated project that sprawls over 19.6 acres of leasehold land.

The project consists of dual service apartments and SoVos towers, 30 units of shop offices dubbed the 30 Jewels, 46 units of retail shops and a block of boutique office towers. In addition, there will also be a hotel, retail mall and corporate office towers complementing those developments in the later phases.

There is a 5-acre man made central park, a fully equipped gymnasium, cantilevered sky pools and a gourmet street with an alfresco dining concept.
