Agile Group and Tropicana Corporation officially launched on 30 June a mixed-use project in the heart of Kuala Lumpur with a gross development value (GDV) of RM2.2 billion.
Dubbed as Agile Bukit Bintang, the 3.76-acre freehold development consists of 1,501 homes, 60 units of Small Office Virtual Office (SOVO) and 14 commercial lots.
Prior to the official launch, the joint venture released 300 units under the project’s phase I comprising the 60-storey Tower B that contains 678 residential units and 21 SOVO units. Of this, more than half has been taken up. Tower B is also among the few residential towers with such height in Kuala Lumpur.
Designed by renowned Singapore-based architecture firm DP architect, the project features a tropical rainforest on the 10th floor of the building that was conceptualised by AECOM.

Agile Bukit Bintang’s facilities include a leisure area, jogging track, fitness room, swimming pool, recreation room and a Sky Garden on the 60th floor that provides breath-taking views over the city.
Aside from having a ground floor that will be developed into a commercial street, the project is close to Pavilion Shopping Mall, Royal Selangor Golf Club and Prince Court Medical Centre.
It is also within walking distance to three MRT stations – Bukit Bintang, Tun Razak Exchange (TRX), and the upcoming MRT Conlay. Asia’s largest IKEA outlet and the highly-anticipated TRX financial district are situated on the project’s south side, while the iconic Kuala Lumpur Twin Towers lie to the north.
Agile Bukit Bintang is expected to be completed in 2022, with unit prices starting from about RM1.22 million.
