Malaysia’s finest developers of the year will gather at the sixth annual edition of the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (Malaysia), presented by global brand Kohler, as the final shortlist is announced today after several months of rigourous nominations from the public, followed by supervised site inspections and judging deliberations by an independent panel of experts.
Along with various special awards for outstanding performance in CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) and Sustainable Development, the Awards will also present the Special Recognition for Industrial/Logistic Development, a new category added by the judges to recognise a growing niche segment of the market.
Malaysia’s most prestigious property honours will be presented at the exclusive awards gala dinner taking place on Friday, 12 April 2019 at the Majestic Hotel Kuala Lumpur, located within a national heritage site in the Malaysian capital.
Known for its fair, transparent and credible judging system, which is supervised by the award-winning team of BDO, one of the world’s largest networks of accounting and auditing firms, the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (Malaysia) are determined by an independent judging panel chaired by returning head judge Prem Kumar, Executive Director of Jones Lang Wootton. Yang Amat Mulia Tunku Besar Seri Menanti, Tunku Ali Redhauddin ibni Tuanku Muhriz is the Honourary President of the panel.
