Entrepreneur Insight, a wholly-owned brand of Armani Media network, today announced the launch of their new website and the soft launch of the Malaysian Entrepreneur Convention (MEC 2016), which will take place on May 28 at Nexus Connexion, Bangsar.
The brand serves as a platform that engages and enriches local entrepreneurs via its website, social media and events like conventions, expos, and social networking.
To mark the launch of the brand, Armani Media unveiled their web portal www.entrepreneurinsight.com.my at a Press conference that was attended by prominent business personalities.
The portal provides readers and businesses comprehensive coverage on local entrepreneurs’ movement, valuable business tips, business trends, events and lifestyle updates. The content-rich portal also has crisp video coverages on personalities and issues that shape the exciting world of entrepreneurs today.
The MEC 2016 is Entrepreneur Insight’s inaugural convention that brings together more than 2,500 participants under one roof to network and gained valuable insights on their respective fields of interest.
Vying for the Malaysian Book of Records title for the ‘Largest Entrepreneur Convention’, MEC 2016 features the movers and shakers of the local F&B, retail, training, investment, property and digital marketing scene among others.
Join big names like Professor Dato’ Michael Tio (CEO & Managing Director of PKT Logistics), Benjamin Yong (Founder & Group Chief Eating Officer of the Big Group), Joel Neoh (Founder of KFit), Anabelle Co-Martinent (Founder of La Juiceria), Jeevan Sahadevan (Founder of LeverageLab), Freda Liu (Presenter & Producer at BFM Radio), Chris Tan (Managing Partner of Chur Associates) and a host of very prominent personalities to discuss hot topics like digital marketing, mentorship, growing and closing sales, and surviving through tough times.
KK Chua, the Managing Director of Armani Media Sdn Bhd, in his welcoming speech said: “The Malaysian Entrepreneur Convention is our latest venture to bring together small and medium businesses to share their expertise and knowledge on their respective ventures.”
Unlike other gatherings, the MEC is a unique story about Entrepreneurs Growing Entrepreneurs, as reflected in MEC’s tagline. It highlights trials and tribulations, mistakes and failures, growth and success stories of our fellow Malaysians to Malaysia and the world over. I suppose it will be apt to say that this event would truly be a unifying one in every sense!”
“To date, we have more than 2,500 participants who have signed up for the event mostly by just word of mouth. That’s how fast any initiatives on entrepreneurism work and a clear cut reason why we are excited about our new venture.”
MEC 2016 will take place on May 28, from 9am – 6pm at the Grand Ballroom of Nexus Connexion, Bangsar South. Prior registration is required for the event. To register go to www.themec.com.my
