The second annual Vietnam Property Awards 2016 ended splendidly as the Nam Long Investment Corporation was crowned as the Best Developer for 2016.
The gala dinner was held at the InterContinental Asiana Saigon on 10th June, which saw over 400 industry players.
Besides being crowned as the Best Developer, Nam Long Investment Corporation was also awarded the top accolade of the year for Special Recognition in CSR. This award was given to honour the firm for creating long-term benefits for local Vietnamese communities via fundraising, sustainable urban planning campaigns and construction of schools.
Acteam International Co Ltd (a company of the Centurion Global Group Singapore), a six-time nominee also swept five awards plus two Highly Commended honours for The Dàlat at 1200 Country Club and Private Estate condominiums and villas.
The firm together with other prominent award recipients such as Deutsches Haus Ho Chi Minh Stadt Ltd, Tanzanite International and SonKim Land & HongKong Land will be participating in the South East Asia Property Awards grand finals in Singapore this November.
The second annual Vietnam Property Awards together with Hansgrohe celebrated the achievements of the country’s established and emerging developers, with a total of 22 award categories covering the residential, commercial and resort segments.
In addition to this, the Real Estate Personality of the Year award was granted to CapitaLand Vietnam CEO Chen Lian Pang by the editors of Asia’s Property Report magazine.
