SkyAwani 6 Residences – the sixth instalment of SkyWorld Development Group’s Awani series – will likely be launched sometime next year, said Datuk Ng Thien Phing, SkyWorld’s Founder and Group Managing Director.
Located in Setapak, SkyAwani 6 is next to the developer’s SkyArena master development, which features commercial space, residences and the SkyArena Sports Complex, reported The New Straits Times (NST).
Ng noted that the Awani series has become the must-own starter house for first-time homebuyers, due to its practical layout, affordable price and its full-fledged condominium facilities.
“It is something that our buyers consider to be ‘value for money’,” he said as quoted by NST.
Over the past five years, five projects in the Awani series have been launched, all of which were fully sold.
SkyAwani 1 was handed over in 2018, SkyAwani 2 in 2020, while SkyAwani 3 is due to be handed over in early-2022.
Located in Sentul, Kuala Lumpur, SkyAwani 3 just had its topping-out ceremony on Monday (29 November). It was completed ahead of schedule, in accordance with the QLASSIC standards of the Construction Industry Development Board Malaysia.
“SkyAwani 3 Residences is more than an affordable home. With the comprehensive facilities and high quality workmanship for a price tag of RM300,000, SkyWorld is not only providing a comfortable home but also elevating the living lifestyle of those residing here,” he said.
SkyAwani 3 features 1,905 units spread across three towers, which are linked by a SkyBridge at Level 52. It also boasts over 20 amenities including a swimming pool, bubble jet Jacuzzi, jogging track, bamboo garden and lounge.
