PETALING JAYA, 10 April – Tropicana Aman, the largest 863-acre township by Tropicana Corporation Berhad (“Tropicana”) in Kota Kemuning, launched Hana Residences to healthy take-up in a lively showcase. The final signature villa series registered a take-up rate of 70%, driven by its elevated outlook and spacious design, with all signature Type A 3-storey luxury bungalows fully sold to date.
The night celebration was held at the Tropicana Aman Property Gallery. It featured entertainment by comedian Douglas Lim, Astro Classic Golden Melody Champion Singer Lin Yong Huat and live band ensemble The Raw Note, as well as a spectacular fire performance and fireworks display.
