Subang Jaya – Avaland launched its Sanderling 2 project over the weekend. Building on the success of the fully taken-up Sanderling @ Lakefront, this final phase is part of the broader LakeFront Residence development in Cyberjaya and emphasizes community-centric living.
Sanderling 2 features two towers with a total of 606 freehold units, ranging from 958 to 1,711 square feet. The semi-furnished units are thoughtfully designed to accommodate various lifestyle preferences, offering both 3- bedroom and 3+1 bedroom configurations. In Cybersouth, Avaland will see the unveiling of landed homes within the masterplan, along with new commercial retail developments.
