As we step into Malaysia’s 1st anniversary of the Movement Control Order (MCO), no doubt many of us have acclimated to the new norms, SOPs, and regulations to control the spread of Covid-19.
Instead of visiting showrooms/showunits and driving around the neighbourhood to catch a glimpse of what it’s like to live there, we’ve gotten used to virtual property tours and carrying out extensive research about the property online.
However! Despite the restrictions and hurdles, that hasn’t stopped the house-seeking journeys of many aspiring homeowners across the country.
As of the first quarter of 2021, these ten areas in the Klang Valley have proven to be quite popular, with high search rates recorded.
Time to take a look at these most-searched areas, and who knows, you might find the property of your dreams!
