Australian developer, Third Street Pty Ltd (Third Street), will showcase its boutique project, comprising 42 terrace homes and landed houses, for the first time in Miri, Sarawak this weekend.
Situated at Wheelers Hill Melbourne, the project’s houses are set amongst 40 mature trees such as ash, maple and oak, providing a lush and green environment, according to a report by the Borneo Post
About two thirds of the 2.5-acre project is covered by trees and open spaces, while only one third of the site was used for the houses.
Dubbed as Oak Terraces, the project is located near Monash Gallery Reserve, which has an art gallery, a library and a beautiful lake with paths leading to the 18-hole Glen Waverley public golf course and the 315-acre Jells Park recreational area.
Melbourne’s commercial business district (CBD) is also just 20 minutes away, while amenities such as The Glen Shopping Centre, Kingsway Entertainment Hub, Chadstone Shopping Centre, as well as Monash University and Medical Centre are five to 10 minutes away.
The houses were designed by Conrad Architect and the units available include two bedrooms plus study and three bedroom flats. Moreover, all of these come with private car parks and individual gardens, plus SMEG appliances.
Additionally, Wheelers Hill is considered as Melbourne’s best performing suburb for March 2012, based on data from the Real Estate Institute of Victoria.
The property showcase, which will be held at Imperial Hotel on 27-29 July, is organised by Kozin Real Estate, Third Street’s marketing agent.
