With property prices being what they are, paying 7 figures for a home is quite a big thing. So naturally a home of that price tag is a home of very high expectations. Below are just some of what you can expect when you buy a multimillionaire dollar home.
Freehold or nothing!
When you buy a multimillion dollar home, you had better be making sure the property carries a Freehold title. You don’t get this title, you leave. If it’s a leasehold property, demand a lower price. (just kidding, won’t work.)
Land Galore
Look out your window, enjoy that expanse of land. Soak up the views, indulge in the air. You paid for it after all (that’s if you bought it). Or at least if you’re smart, your money would have gone into a property that has a vast amount of land surrounding it.
Like this one here. This one sits on 5 acres of land on a hilltop.
No Hoomans in the Area
And for that price tag, you’d better make sure the 5 acres is not stuffed with dozens of homes on every acre! 40 units on 5 acres of land for RM2.2 million sounds just about right. Another way of reading this is Low Density. Make sure that your home is in a very Low Density area.
A Multimillion Dollar Home MUST be Spacious!
In all seriousness, for RM2.2 million, you’d better have a home which you can cartwheel from the living area to the kitchen! It had better also be a minimum of 4511.00 sq ft, and have 5 bedrooms! Open concepts are all the rage, and a house that big with an open concept will make your house look even bigger.
A Seriously Prime Location
Whether you’re surrounded by the ocean, the highways or by train stations, well, you’d better make sure you’re surrounded by something! That’s the mark of all good properties! To be surrounded by the mark of transportation! Even better if you’re sitting in the heart of it.
Like this one here, it’s only 3.5km from the New Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE), Damansara-Puchong Highway (LDP) and Middle Ring Road 2 (MRR2).
So if you like this property, don’t forget to check out Bayu Damansara.
