Botanica CT Center Welcomes its First Supermarket

Soon, Balik Pulau will have its very first supermarket in the year 2019. Botanica CT Centre (BCC) is a 6.5-acre commercial development by MTT Properties & Development Sdn. Bhd. in Balik Pulau.

Strategically located at the intersection of Jalan Sungai Rusa and Jalan Sungai Air Putih. BCC is part of the Botanica.CT garden township where existing completed development consists of terrace houses, semi-detached houses, bungalows, Botanica Mansion, Prince of Wales Island International School and Auxiliary Police.

Recently, MTT Properties & Development Sdn. Bhd. has signed the tenancy agreement with TF Value Mart Sdn. Bhd.

This development will see the construction of an 80,000 sq.ft. supermarket to be anchor-tenanted by TF Value Mart Sdn. Bhd. There will also be two drive-thru restaurants, Botanica.CT Sales Gallery and 18 units of 2-storey shop lots. This development is expected to start construction in the third quarter of 2018.
