Eco Sky, a RM974 million integrated mixed-use project along the primary trunk road of Jalan Ipoh in Taman Wahyu, Kuala Lumpur, is the epitome of classy design, green living and top-notch workmanship.

Completed in March 2018, the 9.6-acre freehold project’s residential component consists of two 39-storey towers and one 41-storey tower known as Aurora, Basalta and Clarita. These collectively contain 975 serviced apartments ranging from 936 sq ft to 1,905 sq ft. All buyers of these units will get two complimentary parking lots, while the largest serviced apartment of 1,905 sq ft is entitled to three parking spaces.

Interestingly, the developer is offering fully-furnished Designer Suites packages that allow buyers to choose from four different design themes – The Orca, The Midas, The Mocha and The Chiffon under three packages – Original, Basic or Premium.

The developer EcoWorld has really put a lot of effort in building its maiden project in Klang Valley. In fact, it obtained one of the highest rating in the Construction Quality Assessment System (CONQUAS), which measures the quality of completed developments, ensuring that the units in the project will remain in good condition for many years to come.

Eco Sky has also clinched prestigious eco-friendly certifications like Malaysia’s Green Building Index (GBI), Singapore Building Construction Authority’s Green Mark and the U.S. Green Building Council’s Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED).

These are testaments to its eco-friendly credentials, as 20 percent of its overall land area have been allocated for green spaces. Aside from a 33,000 sq ft community park, there is also a one-of-a-kind landscaped space spanning 55,000 sq ft at the heart of its commercial centre. The project’s community park is also adjacent a 2.72-acre green park owned by Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL).

Eco Sky’s well-designed master plan and building layout also ensured that all units do not directly face the sun, and a wind tunnel effect is generated to provide refreshing breeze to cool the large-scale project at all times.

Residents also don’t have to worry over security given the card system being implemented there to access car parks, residences and facilities, bolstered by a centralised security centre. Vehicle theft is also of little concern as residents’ cars are fitted with RFID stickers to access the secure park lot. The residential component and its facilities are also surrounded by 10ft high perimeter fencing with 24-hour motion detectors and surveillance cameras.

It’s also easy for homeowners to get fit and sporty as Eco Sky comes with a state-of-the-art two-storey gym spanning 5,000 sq ft. There is also a squash court that is a rarity for new residential developments, in addition to a tennis court and a fitness Station. Besides having a childcare centre, residents may also opt to frolic at its water features such as lap pool, aqua gym, sauna, jacuzzi circles, fun pool island and children wading pool.

More importantly, Eco Sky has a perfect place to entertain and wow your guests as well as host large occasions, as the The Peak @ Level 41 (roof top) features a gourmet kitchen and viewing deck that can be rented for parties with a breath-taking 360-degree view over the city, providing an unobstructed sight of the Petronas Twin Towers and Suria KLCC.

Aside from WiFi connectivity, Eco Sky features a Business Lounge that lets residents use its computers, photostat machine and basic stationery. This allows entrepreneurs and freelances to conduct business and hold meetings without the need to leave the development.

Meanwhile, the project’s commercial precinct comprises of four blocks of retail and office lots with a total of 144 units, as well as four-storey commercial building known as the Sky Pod than can house larger specialty and destination retail outlets with its spacious area of 14,241 sq ft.

Among the businesses that have decided to take-up space there include notable F&B brands such as Donutes, Hinata Café, De Veyron café, Chef Tam Cantonese Cuisine, and The One Lemon Fish Restaurant, as well as those serving authentic Indian cuisine. Aside from clinics and dentist offices, other firms have also moved in like GTC Bridal, Jeuner Beauty Academy Salon, Manulife, Mynews.com, Feruni, Mee Seng Optical, Proreno and KK Mart.

Furthermore, Eco Sky is nestled within a strategic area, with Bangsar, Mont Kiara and Damansara just a short drive away, while Kuala Lumpur City Centre (KLCC) is 15km away. Tesco is just next door, and there is a pedestrian covered walkway to the nearest Taman Wahyu KTM station, with an upcoming MRT station being constructed about 350 metres away.
